1. Agreement to Terms

Seeto.ai is operated by FOP Liubchenko Yurii Mykolaiovych ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using Seeto.ai ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Seeto.ai is a market and website analysis platform that provides:

  • Competitor analysis and comparison
  • Feature matrix generation
  • Pricing intelligence
  • SEO visibility tracking
  • Market positioning insights
  • Messaging and ICP analysis

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must:

  • Create an account using Google Sign-In
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Abuse the Service or its resources

4. Subscription Plans

4.1 Free Plan

The free plan provides limited access to the Service with restrictions on:

  • Number of analyses per month
  • Number of competitors per analysis
  • Available features

4.2 Paid Plans

Paid plans (Standard, Pro) offer enhanced features and higher limits. By subscribing:

  • You agree to pay the applicable subscription fees
  • Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

4.3 Payment Processing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Paddle is responsible for payment processing, tax calculation, invoicing, and handling refunds. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

4.4 Plan Changes

  • Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing
  • Downgrades take effect immediately with prorated credit
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 You Agree Not To:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Scrape or collect data from the Service without permission
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5.2 Content Guidelines

You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • You have rights to any domains you analyze
  • You do not use the Service to harass or harm competitors
  • You comply with all applicable data protection laws

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Rights

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Seeto.ai and protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Rights

You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service. You grant us a limited license to use this data to provide the Service.

6.3 Third-Party Content

The Service may display information about third-party websites. We do not claim ownership of this publicly available information.

7. Data and Privacy

7.1 Data Collection

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such processing.

7.2 Data Retention

  • Free plan: Data retained for 7 days
  • Standard plan: Data retained for 30 days
  • Pro plan: Unlimited retention

7.3 Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

8. Disclaimers

8.1 Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Accuracy or completeness of analysis results
  • Fitness for a particular purpose

8.2 Third-Party Data

Analysis results are based on publicly available information. We are not responsible for:

  • Inaccuracies in third-party data
  • Changes to competitor websites
  • Outdated information

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months
  • We are not liable for any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seeto.ai from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via:

  • Email to your registered address
  • Notice within the Service
  • Update to this page

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Complaints

If you have a complaint about the Service, please contact us at support@seeto.ai. We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 business days and aim to resolve it within 14 business days. If we need more time, we will inform you of the expected timeline. If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may contact Paddle's buyer support at paddle.net for payment-related issues.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of Ukraine.
