Seeto.ai operates on a subscription basis. We want you to be satisfied with our service. This policy outlines our refund terms for all subscription plans.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all payments. If you are not satisfied with Seeto.ai for any reason within 14 days of any payment, you may request a full refund — no questions asked.

  • Contact us at support@seeto.ai within 14 days of the payment
  • This applies to all payments, including subscription renewals

Monthly Subscriptions

You may request a full refund within 14 days of any monthly payment. After the 14-day window, monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect immediately — you will not be charged again.

Annual Subscriptions

You may request a full refund within 14 days of any annual payment. Additionally, if you cancel within 30 days of an annual payment, you may request a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription.

After 30 days, no refunds will be issued for annual subscriptions. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect immediately — you will not be charged again.

Additional Refund Circumstances

We may also issue refunds outside the 14-day guarantee period in the following circumstances:

  • Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription
  • Extended Service Outage: If our service was unavailable for an extended period (more than 72 consecutive hours) due to issues on our end

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Pricing page. Cancellation takes effect immediately — you will not be charged again.

  • Your account email
  • Transaction details
  • Reason for the refund request

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider, and typically appear within 5-10 business days.
